I may send you back a detailed questionnaire or schedule a time to chat with you to discuss your site in detail. I will not consider projects that have not set aside a budget, no matter how small, or given budget a consideration.
Also note a new policy in 2009: Any new project that is not a new Web site launch, requires a $600 deposit to start work on an existing site and to evaluate the amount of time needed to complete the work on an existing Web site.
